The beautiful run of the Atlantic Seaboard on the West side of the Cape Peninsula stretches from The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront to Llanddudno. This stunning strip of coastline is fringed by the wonderful vanilla sands which border the waters of the mighty Atlantic Ocean.
This stretch of coastline incorporates Clifton, Sea Point, Green Point and Mouille Point with its classic red and white painted lighthouse still in operation (It was first lit in April 1894). Camps Bay with its palm tree lined beach, Bantry Bay, Llanddudno, and the V&A Waterfront which by its geographical position and bay for boats, does not have a beach but is outlined by boulders and dolphins can be seen swimming close to the perimeters of the Waterfront. The Waterfront houses the wonderful Two Oceans Aquarium amongst many other attractions. A couple of the suburbs are predominantly residential these are Clifton and Llanddudno.
All are havens for tourists, with beaches, elite restaurants every gourmet palette catered for to compliment the fine wines, cafes, promenade walks, shops, shopping malls, spas and local markets for food and crafts. A paradise of outside living, surfing, sailing cycling, helicopter rides, hiking and paragliding. All nestled under the mountains of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lions Head.
